Using either cotton, abaca, linen or vegetable fibers, or a combination, she took the partially processed fibers and colored them with light-fast pigments or fiber-reactive dyes.  The freshly made pulp was then formed into images by hand-dipping, lamination, casting or some other form of manipulation.  This piece has green and lavender between off-white with very thin bamboo strips traversing the piece vertically and horizontally.  Mounting mat is a taupe-y neutral and the bevel-edged framing mat is an off white that accents the handmade paper.  Image size is approximately 10\" wide x 13\" high; brushed silver frame size is approximately 16\" wide x 20\" high.
